Please read our terms and conditions below, pertaining to Alterations and Remake, before availing of those services:
- One free Alteration will be provided by us - free of charge - for every single blouse order that is placed. Reverse pick up service will also be provided if it is within India.
To avail this service and for a reverse pick up, please get in touch with us to request for a reverse pick up no. (RPN). You could also ship it to us using a courier service convenient to you and we will credit Rs. 100 into your account on receipt.
- For customers outside India, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our helpline +91 8880811012 ( Monday to Friday - 10.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m, Saturday 10.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m) for assistance or refer to the details below.
- In the rare case where an Alteration of the blouse is not possible. We offer to Remake it from scratch using the same design and fabric (based on availability). Please contact email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and our customer service will contact you by the end of the next working day. Consequently, fill in the Remake card which you receive with your order and keep it ready to be collected along with the blouse by our return pick up service.
We reserve the right to deny a Remake in cases where Alteration is possible. Remake’s are applicable - one time only, for every single order.
- We accept Remakes, within 30 days of your order delivery, if the product is in an unused,unworn condition with the ‘Do not remove unless satisfied’ Tag still attached to it.
- Altered or Remade products are considered as ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Amount availed as as refunded CREDITs to your account cannot be claimed as cash or as a refund back to your bank, once you have accepted the return for store credits.
- Please note that our QC process ensures that your final ready order will be checked against the specifications provided by you before it is sent out for delivery. In the event that your specifications have not been followed by us, please Contact our Customer Service for assistance and avail of our Alteration or Remake service.
- After each blouse has been constructed as per the customers specifications. Our QC will check each measurement of the finished blouse against the measurements specified by the customer using any of the three methods - 1) Standard sizes 2) Send in your best fitted blouse OR 3) Add measurements.
If the measurements provided by the customer and the measurement of the finished blouse tally. But the customer still wants an Alteration - such an Alteration will be provided by us one time as a goodwill gesture towards the customer.
- Please note that Alterations and Remakes will be approved after verifying each case.
- We only promise the closest possible live rendering in order for you to visualise your order before it is placed. Please note that some details like piping, borders, tassels and lining do not reflect on the live rendering of your blouse design.
- The fabrics may show color variations based on different screen settings or the computer. We aim to give you descriptions of the fabrics and the closest possible visualisation tools. Please note that even though we use high quality images of the fabric, the live rendering cannot be a 100% accurate in the representation of the fabric.
- While designing your bespoke blouse, please note that the live rendering on the model is for representation and when your actual blouse is custom made for you, there may be slight differences to the represented image.
- Please note that we take 15 days for every Remake - if approved - from the time of receiving the said blouse. Our Remake service will also be expedited to 7 days, in the case of our 7 day ‘rush’ delivery customers. Our Alteration service takes 3 to 5 days from the time of receipt of the blouse to be altered.
For customers outside India:
- Please note that we currently do not offer Alteration & Remake services or pick up services outside India.
- In case the customer is willing to bear to and fro charges of shipping, a request can be put in with our customer support and we will weigh each case and consider it at our discretion.
