Refund policy

We strive hard to make you a great garment with a fabulous fit. Or a saree which you are thrilled to flaunt.

ALTERATION:

In case we do not live up to your expectations, we will be happy to provide an alteration service at no extra cost*- In case of a blouse or garment. And replacement for other accessories, based on the availability.

Alteration service would take about 3-5 working days from the date of receipt in our studio to dispatch. We provide free reverse pickup in the eligible pin codes. For other areas, courier charges to us would need to be borne by the customer. Please contact our customer support at support@houseofblouse.com  for more info. Or, call us. *Altered products are considered as ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS:

Alternately, if you would like to return it, we could offer you a store credit voucher. We currently do not offer Refunds.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of order delivery only.

NOTE: Our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS have to bear the charges of shipping in case they want to return their order for store credits as a voucher. 

They also have to bear the shipping costs in case of requiring any alterations.

CUSTOMISED: 

Please note we will not accept returns if any additional customisation has been made to a  product. In such a case, the product can only be altered if possible.
