Shipping is free to the US!
Standard shipping charge for the rest of the world is free above order value $150 and is a flat INR 1800 for orders below $150 irrespective of the number of items picked.
NOTE: Our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS have to bear the charges of shipping in case they want to get their blouses altered or any returns.
All your blouses are made-to-order and attended to individually. Please note that additional customisations (where possible) may be chargeable on a case to case basis. Charges for additional customisations start at Rs.300 per customisation request.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Your standard order gets shipped out in 15 days. Please also expect additional transit delays as our shipping takes 3-5 days Internationally. Additional duties which may have to be paid to customs by the customer in certain cases cannot be predicted and House Of Blouse is not responsible in such situations. Please contact our Customer Service if you need further assistance .
We have a 7 day 'Rush delivery' option for all our blouses at a charge of Rs.1000/blouse. Do get in touch once you've placed your order so we can send you a payment link and fast track your order.
If you have chosen ‘Rush’ (7 day) delivery for one blouse in order with many blouses, please note that you would need to upgrade all the items in that order to ‘Rush Delivery’.
Alternately you will have to place ‘Rush Delivery’ items as a separate order by contacting us and letting us know the items you need to be rushed.
Additional customs duties which may have to be paid to customs by the customer in certain cases cannot be predicted and House Of Blouse is not responsible in such situations.
Customs duty is charged by the Customs department in the country of delivery and amount charged is solely at the discretion of the customs officer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Alternately, if you would like to return it, we could offer you a store credit voucher. We currently do not offer Refunds.
- Refunds can be processed only in case the product is defective, or if the return has been initiated within 3 days of receipt of the product. To initiate a product return, send an email to email@example.com . The product should be shipped back to us within 7 working days in its original folds , conditions and tags. Products sent in different folds / without tags will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations have to be done within 24 hours or before the product is shipped (whichever is sooner). Cancellations post that are not permitted and will go through the return/ exchange route in that case.
- Once we receive the product and complete a check to ensure the product is not damaged, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and we will begin refund initiation within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned product. The amount corresponding to the product price will be refunded through the same payment method used while purchasing the product. A 5% service charge is applied to returns with no product defects. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the saree. Only after the return is received and the saree or product is confirmed in good condition will the exchange or store credit be issued.
- The following items can't be returned or exchanged (unless they have arrived damaged or defective), hence refund policy is not applicable for them:
- Custom or personalized orders)
- Items on sale
NOTE: Our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS have to bear the charges of shipping and restocking in case they want to return their order for store credits as a voucher.
